A virtual workshop to reset, renew, and grow.
Join us for a supportive virtual gathering focused on nurturing well-being, connection, and resilience. Through guided discussion, reflection, and practical tools, participants will explore ways to support their mental & emotional health as well as their physical well-being in everyday life. All are welcome in this respectful and supportive space.
As we recognize Indigenous History Month, this gathering provides an opportunity to reflect on and support Indigenous wellness and resilience.
The group will be facilitated by Ola Abugharbiyeh, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. Ola brings a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach, drawing from modalities such as EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and experiential therapies. Her work centres on resilience, collaboration, and creating safety for healing and growth.
