The Support Network for Indigenous Women and Women of Colour (SNIWWOC), in partnership with the Victoria Immigrant and Refugee Centre Society (VIRCS) Newcomer Women’s Project, is honoured to invite you to the fifth session in our five-part Domestic Violence Workshop Series.

This session is designed to help you better understand your legal rights and the options available to you, offering guidance and reassurance as you navigate challenging personal or family situations. A guest speaker from the Immigration & Refugee Legal Clinic will share practical insights, answer questions, and highlight useful resources and supports available to you and your loved ones.

We are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment where everyone can engage in ways that feel comfortable. Whether you choose to listen, reflect, or share, your presence is valued, and your voice matters.

All participants will receive an honorarium for their attendance. In-person attendees will receive a higher rate to reflect travel, time, and on-site engagement.
