Get Your Money Right: A Free Financial Literacy Workshop

Join us for a conversation about financial literacy and how you can live a more comfortable, balanced and meaningful life. This introductory-level workshop will explore concepts like preparing your taxes, budgeting, saving, building good credit, and basic investing.

Come learn more about the importance of financial literacy in your daily life and how you can take ownership over your financial education.

This event is part of a monthly dinner series called Food With A Side of Community. Hosted by the Support Network for Indigenous Women & Women of Colour (SNIWWOC), and the University of Victoria Women's Centre. We gather on the first Thursday of every month in the Community Room of the Greater Victoria Public Library. We believe in creating safe spaces for women to heal and connect with each other through food and conversations.
