Race & Gender In The Upcoming Federal Election

  • Greater Victoria Public Library - Central Branch 735 Broughton Street Victoria (map)

Join us as we discuss the role of race and gender in the upcoming election. How important is representation? What are your concerns about gender inequality, climate justice, indigenous rights, immigrant rights, healthcare, and housing? Should our vote be strategic?

This event is part of a monthly dinner series called Food With A Side of Community. Hosted by the Support Network for Indigenous Women & Women of Colour (SNIWWOC). We gather on the first Thursday of every month in the Community Room of the Greater Victoria Public Library. We believe in creating safe spaces for women to heal and connect with each other through food and conversations.

Thank you to the Greater Victoria Public Library for supporting this event.
